The causes of an Error 4 can either be a bad draw fan, bad/ loose connection, or malfunctioning front panel.

Have you tried to use the system since the message occurred?
	Yes – The error still occurred
	No – Please reset the system by unplugging it, and plugging it back in. Then test to see if it is working.
Did error message re-occur?
	Yes - Does the message appear immediately?
Yes – the Front Panel most likely needs to be replaced. Please fill out the Customer Support Form and we will be in touch. No - Does appear mid-way through a roast? Yes - the draw fan is not working properly or bad connection. Please fill out the Customer support form and we will be in contact.
